Laura is currently a NACSW Certified Nose Work Instructor, Certifying Official and Trial Judge.
She attended her first K9 Nose Work class in 2013 with her GSD, Gunnie. She became interested in the physics of odor movement and the way the dog sees the world through olfaction. This led her to share this with others by becoming a NACSW Certified Nose Work Instructor in 2015.

Laura continues to learn by attending seminars, workshops and classes. She has obtained her Elite Champion and a Summit title with her current partner, Jax.

Laura lives with her husband, miniature schnauzer Hanna and malinois Jax in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Tucson, Arizona.
