Host Hotel Information

The host hotel for the event is the Sheraton Springfield. We have a discounted group rate available until Oct 9, 2017. Information and booking under the group rate is available here.

Pet fees and the weight limit on dogs have been waived for this event.

We will will be posting results each evening at the hotel.

Onsite RV camping

To sign up for an RV space, you must email Karin Damon at: catchkd@netscape.net

RV sites are available at the event location with full hookups (water, sewer and electric). The locations will be determined based on event logistics.  There is also a small dump station on the grounds.

Two services are offered:
Ø 30 amp at $20/day
Ø 50 amp at $30/day

Campers will pay for their service at the Gate. Campers will be given a hang tag to place on their rear-view mirror. Then proceed to the designated location. 

For those who do not require hookup, a fee of $20/day will still be assessed.

Campers are allowed to come and go as they please. As long as their hang tag is displayed, they will not be charged again.

Note for competitors: The parking/crating area for the event is some distance from the RV camping area.  You will need to move your RV to the parking/crating area during competition hours or transport your dogs/crates/supplies to the parking/crating areas and plan on keeping your dog there througout the competition day.  You will likely not have access to the RV camping area throughout the day due to line of sight issues.
