Maria is the owner of Sniff New England in Central Massachusetts and has been involved in dog training in various forms since 2005. She fell in love with K9 Nose Work® when it first came to the East Coast in 2009 and has not looked back.  She has competed and trained her own personal dogs to titles in AKC Obedience and Rally, Agility, Flyball, Tracking, Hunt Tests, Freestyle and K9 Nose Work.  
 
Maria is currently a Certified Nose Work Instructor, Certifying Official for NACSW trials and a Trial Approval Advisor for the NACSW.

Maria and her husband currently share their home with a parrot and two Labrador Retrievers who are competing at the Elite NW trial level.
