Membership in the NACSW comes with many benefits, and it supports the growth of the sport of K9 Nose Work, bringing more competition events to your area every year.

Dogs must be registered with the NACSW to participate in an event.  All humans must be a current member to handle a dog at a NACSW event.  Any current NACSW member can handle any NACSW registered dog.  Dog owners are not required to be members.

Dog Registration Rate:

$35 one-time fee for lifetime registration.

2025-2026 Membership Rates - August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026

2025 - 2026 Memberships and renewals will be available as of May 1, 2025.

New Membership rate/year: $35.00

Membership renewal completed prior to Oct 31, 2025: $20

Membership renewal completed after Oct 31, 2025: $35

Note: 2025 - 2026 Memberships and Renewals completed between April 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026 will be discounted to $20.

2026-2027 Membership Rates - August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027

Membership runs August 1 to July 31 annually.

You may request a cancellation of your dog registration or membership for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Email membership@nacsw.net with your request. Please include your account email address and details on what you would like to cancel.
